## Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `UserSettings` | 0 | User-level settings that apply globally. |
| `ProjectSettings` | 1 | Project-level settings checked into the repository. |
| `LocalSettings` | 2 | Local settings that are not checked into version control. |
| `PolicySettings` | 3 | Organization policy settings that override other settings. |
| `Skills` | 4 | Settings provided by skills or plugins. |
