| `InstructionFollowing` | 0 | The model did not follow instructions. |
| `DestructiveActions` | 1 | The model took destructive actions. |
| `CodeQuality` | 2 | The model produced poor quality code. |
| `RepetitionAndLooping` | 3 | The model repeated itself or looped. |
| `ModelRegression` | 4 | The model regressed compared to earlier behavior. |
| `OverconfidenceAndHallucination` | 5 | The model was overconfident or hallucinated. |
| `ContextAndMemory` | 6 | The model mishandled context or memory. |
| `Overeager` | 7 | The model was overeager. |
| `OverCorrection` | 8 | The model over-corrected. |
| `StoppingShort` | 9 | The model stopped short of finishing. |
