| `AuthenticationFailed` | 0 | Authentication failed. |
| `OauthOrgNotAllowed` | 1 | The OAuth organization is not allowed. |
| `AccountOnHold` | 2 | The account is on hold. |
| `VerificationRequired` | 3 | Verification is required. |
| `BillingError` | 4 | A billing error occurred. |
| `RateLimit` | 5 | The request was rate limited. |
